At Seatify, we strive to provide the best ticket monitoring service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.
2. Subscription Refunds
24-hour Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund.
To qualify for the 24-hour guarantee:
- You must be a first-time subscriber
- The refund request must be made within 24 hours of your initial payment
- You must contact us at [email protected] with your refund request
Recurring Subscriptions:
After the initial 24-hour period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
3. Service Outages
In the event of significant service disruptions or outages, we may issue partial refunds or service credits at our discretion. Refunds will be calculated based on the duration of the outage. Minor disruptions (less than 24 hours) do not qualify for refunds. You must report service issues to [email protected] within 7 days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to secure tickets (we provide alerts, not guaranteed tickets)
- User error in setting up notifications or Discord
- Missing alerts due to muted channels or disabled notifications
- Changes in official ticket release schedules
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- You can not request a refund during scheduled releases
- After the 24-hour money-back guarantee period has expired
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Include your account email and subscription details
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your dashboard at seatify.co.uk
- Navigate to subscription settings
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period
- No future charges will be made
7. Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for plan changes.
8. Disputes
If you have any disputes regarding charges or refunds, contact us first at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue within 7 business days. Payment disputes should be handled through Stripe (our payment processor).
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
